Nearer to Nature spring adventures

The Department of Conservation and Land Managementís Nearer to Nature program has a wonderful range of spring nature-based activities. The program runs for six weeks and includes school holiday activities specially designed for children.

The program kicks off on Sunday 19 September with the Forest Discovery Festival at The Hills Forest Discovery Centre, Mundaring. On this day, people will be able to explore trails on guided walks, get tips on walking the Bibbulmun Track and cycling the Munda Biddi Trail, meet the animals that live in our forests, see wildflowers in bloom and much more.

Activity costs begin from $7.50 per person with venues all over Perth, from Joondalup to Mandurah and east to The Hills Forest Discovery Centre, Mundaring.

Call 9295 2244 for bookings and to have a brochure mailed to your home.
