Fun & education at the Gravity Discovery Centre

Science, education, experiments andÖ fun! They can and do go together at the Gravity Discovery Centre to make for a great day out for the whole family.

Climb the Leaning Tower of Gingin all the way to the top, the height of a 13-storey building. Through specially designed chutes you can drop water filled balloons and watch them free fall at great speed. Observe them hit the ground with a big ìbangî. Galileo conducted similar experiments over 440 years ago from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Was he correct in his observations and theories?   Find out for yourself.

There are so many things to discover: What are black holes? What is a gravity wave? Has anyone ever seen one? How does gravity work? The answers to all these questions can be found at the Gravity Discovery Centre.

Stargazers CafÈ serves home made lunches, delicious cakes and coffees.

Visit the Gravity Discovery Centre soon at 1098 Military Rd, Gingin, just an hour north of Perth off Wanneroo Road.
